In the past when purchasing an item in the same category (Home Solutions). I have always received reduced shipping, when the first item was paid in full. My order was for FOUR of the SAME item, and I was going to be charged the full amount of shipping on each and everyone of them. (Note: the product couldn't weigh more then two lbs each) Called and verified this. I have been a customer of HSN from the beginning. Now, they have lost a good customer and I believe more will follow suit. We all are looking for ways to save our hard earned dollar, especially now with the state of our economy.

Also - extremely Arrogant online customer service supervisor Jennifer 1084 rudely and dispectfully DEMANDED to know where I got the coupon and stated that coupons found online outside of a coupon being mailed to the customer directly by HSN are invalid. I was sitting at the HSN web site on a beauty page with the C72038 coupon on it inside of a pink box and she all but called me a liar and INSISTED over and over that the coupon does not exist on HSN and that she had nothing further to discuss with me. She should be immediately removed from customer service as she is a great detriment to HSN sales as well as prospective return customers.

I probably should not disparage the entire HSN online Customer Service team because I have receive excellent customer service from HSn in the past HOWEVER when one of them is SO rude and arrogant and disrespectful and SNITTY it tends to spoil the whole HSN shopping experience for a very long time and possibly permanently for some. The vast majority of people have a tendency to AVOID that which makes them completely disgusted and angry which unfortunately translates into "Do not shop there again."

HSN online customer service is extremely rude and arrogant and refuses to honor the $10 off $75 in beauty products or more stating first that they have no such coupon and second that it must be one single item which the coupon does NOT state single item and third that they are not going to discuss the coupon any longer - they are ARROGANT and gave every excuse possible NOT to honor the coupon.
