I ordered 2 refurbished mouses from Geeks and one of them turned out to be defected. I sent contact them through their Web interface and never get a reply back about how to return/exchange. I'd stay away from their refurbished products.

I just made a purchase from Geeks.com and after the checkout, on the receipt page it says "Your purchase is complete. Click here to claim your $10.00 Reward Certificate for your next purchase! Continue". If you agree, you'll be signing up for a discount service and will be charged recurring fee of $12 a month, which I personally don't feel comfortable to sign up. Thus, I simply deny the offer.
